Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sunkissed Coconut pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
